I have been involved with movement and the joy of moving as long as I remember. Through the years, this love has brought me to Movement Education. I have been a Movement Educator for more than 10 years.
- Bachelor in Theater and Movement Studies from Université de Montréal and Union University.
- Waldorf Early Childhood educator for over 20 years.
- 5 years internship in movement education with Spatial Dynamics Institute
- Graduated from The SemioPhysics Feldenkrais Training in San Raphael in 2005.
- Mentorship from The Feldenkrais Center for Movement Education
- Currently involved with Child'Space,Chava Shelhav Method, an advanced Feldenkrais training working with parents to support the developmental stages of their infants from birth to independent walking.
